Don't forget the extras
Beyond the sheets, plan on roughly 1 lb of drywall screws per 2–3 sheets, a gallon of joint compound per ~2 sheets, plus tape, corner bead and primer. We add a 10% waste allowance since walls rarely divide evenly into full sheets.
